I have a few of these, my father worked for Ralston Purina Jack in the Box Resturants since the 60's. We are guessing by the logos they are from early 1970's, unclear of actual year. Matchbook cover reveals inside a form to fill out to be considered as a manager for Jack in the Box restaurants!
